Horrible dentist work
Took my 6 yr old daughter to see him being he was my other kid’s dentist and he suppose to give my daughter a root canal but instead gave her a filling which he was paid for to do and did it any way knowing my daughter needed a root canal now 2 weeks later her feeling out and she in a lot of pain and idk where to go or what to do because now my medicated won’t pay for the work because he messed up and already got paid for it

Staff is unprofessional, rude and they do not follow through with paper work as in proper and timely referrals. Especially Tamiya, she is argumentative and does not care about the patients concerns. She argues and challenges them, very poor customer/patient service. They want your money bet that. I do not recommend them very disappointed at their over all low quality care and their lack of problem resolution . Shame on Butternut Family Dentistry.

I just love this man! I was so scared of going to dentist now I have been going to him and I feel very comfortable. GREAT WORK ON MY TEETH!

My 4 year old son has a cavity on one of his back teeth, I've been to several dentists within our insurance group trying to get it fixed. Today (10/27/16) we tried Butternut family dentistry, I was totally ridiculed, mocked, and yelled at by their dental assistant and receptionist. I left the office in tears. I am finding a pediatric dentist tomorrow that will hopefully be able to fix his tooth, and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
