Dr. Michael Connally, DDS

After reading online reviews, I decided to go to Dr. Connally about replacing an old crown I had from about 15 years ago to get a better fit and color match. I enjoyed the dental cleanings and I loved their Dental Hygienist Autumn. However, the color of the replacement crown Dr. Connally had put in from their lab was off and much darker than I had intended for this very expensive replacement. After letting Dr. Connally know how upset I was with the color of the replacement, he suggested finding another dentist to remove the crown with a laser to place whiter cement under the crown. This crown was the third order from their lab after the first two did not match in color. I am very disappointed with the suggestion that was made and the service that was delivered. Also, the office followed up with calls to cancel future cleaning appointments because they could tell I was upset with my crown. I did not receive the product I was promised as far as a perfect color match.

Dr. Connally is a terrific dentist. He takes excellent care of my entire family of 5. His dental hygienist, Jessica, is a precious soul. She does such a thorough & gentle job when cleaning our teeth. Christy runs that office like a pro. I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism & genuine likability of each of these 3 wonderful people. So glad to be a patient of Dr. Connally’s office.
