Work-up with Dr. Cestone was great. Overall, office staff was impatient and communicated poorly. No email address and hard to get on the phone. The office does billing EXACTLY ONE WAY, and if you ask too many questions they ask you to TAKE THE HIGHWAY, even if you capitulate to their system in the end. They even refused an offer of full payment upfront (which would have sidestepped any billing issues). After 9 months of back-and-forth including a successful consult appointment, we are back to square one looking for treatment for my daughter. What a waste of time!

Wonderful practice staffed by friendly and dedicated professionals, and led by the one and only Dr. Mike. I needed to drive 90 minutes round trip for every appointment, and it was well worth it. Have just finished a three year Invisalign treatment, am pleased with the result, and the service I received (and continue to receive) throughout the treatment. My son's palatal expander decided to come undone 4 o'clock Saturday morning. It was really bothering him so I called Dr Mike's emergency number. He and his lovely wife, Laura, made arrangements to meet us at the office to fix Zach's issue that evening. They were and are so friendly and professional. After starting out with an ortho that retired soon after my daughter got her braces, we were transferred to Dr. Mike and never looked back! He is very knowledgable about his field, listens well, and has a great sense of humor. And he clearly knows how to set the tone for a happy workplace bc each and every staff person was happy, helpful and easy to work with. We had a great experience with Dr. Cestone. We'd moved from an orthodontist nearby with whom we'd not been too happy. He took on my son, and finished the job beautifully. The staff, too, is warm and friendly. I highly recommend him.

He is very welcoming and takes his job serious and has fun with the patients he does a fantastic job with teeth and you can count on him for everything. I had to get braces and I went to him and I just got them off and the out come was beautiful. If you are looking for somewhere to take your child or even your self you should go to him!

I have an unusual story. In a remote town in Northern MI, I fell off my bike. Pushed one front tooth back into my mouth and chipped the other. The only local solution was to put on braces. Returning to MA, as a professional courtesy, Dr Mike saw me, cared for me, took me on as a patient mid-way. Mike, Bonnie & the team helped overcome my anxiety, but here is the most incredible thing: post braces, my teeth are 10xs more beautiful than they have ever been! My highest possible recommendation!

Dr Cestone, would be the first and only orthodontist I would recommend. His approach has always been very professional. The staff and assistants are wonderful too. Everyone in his office is kind, fun to be around, truly caring about each patient. As a parent I have always felt that Dr Cestone has had my children's best interests at heart. Dr. Cestone and his staff are wonderful. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, and I do. When my daughter got her first appliance, he actually called us at home that evening to check on her. The high level of care and customer service is incredible.

We originally were sent to another orthodontist in Pittsfield and were very disappointed with his personality. I was given Dr. Mike's name and he and his staff welcomed us and treated us like family. He has now taken care of both my daughters and I refer him to everyone I know. His staff is knowledgeable and friendly. One even met us at the office one evening when we had an issue. We rarely have to wait and Dr. Mike talks to us. He always asks the girls about their interests and he cares.
