I live in West Boylston, my family and I have been patients for years, until today. The unprofessional front end staff made my decision to change dentists very easy. Thank you to Dr. Nelson in Lancaster and his knowledgeable, polite front end staff for accepting my family into thier practice on such short notice. West Boylston is a small town and I like to give my business to those in my town. Unfortunately, I will be bringing my business elsewhere and encouraging others to do the same.

If you know what is best you will not go to this dentist. He only cares about money. I had a personal issue come up where I had to miss a appointment, I got a bill in the mail for $40.00. I was a long time patient there so I called hoping he would be understanding, his response was do you know how much money I pay the hygienist to just sit there. Me and some of my family members are pulling out of his office after this terrible experience. His staff also has no idea what they are doing.
