Dr. Michael Burns, DMD

I love coming to Dr. Burns so much that I make the two-hour drive back home. I do not want to go anywhere else. I never liked going to the dentist until I met him. I have had cleanings and different work done over the last couple years and he and his staff have been wonderful. Everyone is friendly and they truly care about you. I appreciate how they have Saturday appts, as well as provide a discount if you pay with cash or check. So while I am back on track with going twice a year, I would seriously have no problem going every month to get my teeth cleaned. That is how happy I am with Dr. Burns and the staff.

I was planning to see Dr. Burns as part of a cleaning, but I was scheduled to see another dentist in the office. The other dentist was not covered by my dental plan so I had to pay the entire amount. The woman who answered the telephone said that it was not their responsibility to let me know that that was a possibility. I am not impressed with the office personnel -- their courtesy or their knowledge.
