I went to my current dental provider of many years to ask for a quote on a procedure for my son. It was a simple type in our insurance and get a quote thing. They refused to do without an appointment first. I left and went online for help and found Blum and Isakov Dental. From the moment I called, I knew it was a different type of office because the office manager was super nice and helpful. She took my name and insurance info and got back to me the same day. The rates were good so I made an appt for my son to come in for his cleaning and to get started on his procedures. I also made an appt for myself for my yearly and was pleasantly surprised as the hygienist(Michele) was very informative and gentle. She explained everything that she was doing and made sure I understood. Dr. Isakov came in and discussed my xrays and how to proceed. He took the time to make sure I understood and had a say in my treatment. Everyone at Blum and Isakov speaks with you, not to you.
