Dr. Miata Jones, DDS

Dr. Jones is wonderful! I have recommended her to all my friends and family, and they have become loyal patients, too. She and her hygienists are very gentle. It's easy to book appointments online, we are always seen right away, and she is very generous with her time and billing. We have gone to her for retainers, routine cleanings, and pain and always been impressed with the treatment and billing.

awful customer service (she asked me in the last moment to move my appointment, I accepted to be nice, only to find out during the appointment that she reduced the actual time slot I had to half...) not much competence from the doctor's part (I told her I lost a tooth filling, she wasn't able to find the tooth with the problem not even with this helpful hint...). she overcharges, negligent, careless (I asked for the x-rays films she took, she only sent some of them, late, without a title, image moved, poor/useless image).

Everything went smoothly ..attention to detail.

I woke up with pain this morning and called, got an appointment for 12:30. Had a decaying wisdom tooth and it was extracted right then and there. The service was AMAZING! I will recommend you all to everyone.

I am so very happy I found Dr. Jones! She is the BEST at what she does. I came to her office crying because I had lost a tooth, thinking that it would take days before I can smile again...Dr. Jones didn’t let me leave without a solution and without a smile in my face the very same day! Dr. Jones and her staff are amazing, they speak English and Spanish, they understand what your needs are and they take great care of you. I recommend them highly.

This will be a multi part review. I'd been having some intense tooth and jaw pain for about 2 weeks. I'd broken a filling about two months ago procrastinated because I have a fear of dentists. Dr. Jones put my mind at ease. She and her staff were attentive and paid attention cues about fear of pain etc. The evaluation for the root canal and crown I will be having next Monday gets a 5/5. I'll rate and review the surgery and crown appointment once they happen.

Dr. Jones and her team are amazing! I'm a very difficult dental patient to have to deal with and Dr. Jones worked with me to find my level of comfort. After a couple of visits I no longer had to be sedated and even got through a tooth extraction and a crown without medication. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know. Dr Jones is a wonderful dentist. She spends ample time with each patient, takes time to discuss and explain each treatment or condition, and always has a pleasant disposition. The facilities are modern, clean, and comfortable, with TVs mounted above the chairs if you prefer a distraction while your teeth are cleaned.
