She’s a pleasure to be around. It’s rare to come to the dentist and laugh but she makes it happen. She cares about your dental health and was thorough in explaining the whys as to the additional things with my cleaning. My gums and teeth feel way happier now

I have been to this dentist 3-4 times. Each time, they have opaquely sold me additional services not covered by insurance, done at I check-in before a healthcare provider examines me to see if I need the service. Most recently, they tried to charge me for two additional services; 1) An oral examination for cancer screening, which is recommended once per year unless you have other history (which I don’t), and I had already done with this dentist 8 mths ago. 2) Procedure for irrigation cleaning, but they hadn’t examined me to determine I needed it. They tried to charge me at the door without explaining, and back peddled when I questioned it. I had the same experience in previous visits. Had I not been pushy, they would have charged me for extra’s and not explained if and why I needed them. As a healthcare provider, we put a certain level of trust that what they are recommending is in our best interests and necessary, not just additional services so they can make more money.
