We love Dr. Roberto and her staff! I can't say enough wonderful things about the care we get from Dr. Roberto, her office manager Meredith, and her WONDERFUL assistant Hillary! They ALL go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and are far from your average office! Dr. Roberto is so sweet, and professional and takes her time. You can see she cares about her patients! Not only are they pleasant and friendly when they speak with you, but they respect your time! I have never gone and sat for more than 5 minutes waiting for my appointment. I admit I am not the easiest parent, and my son has special needs, are we are both completely at ease! I went for a consult with other offices before choosing them, and based on my experience with the staff at Rockaway Orthodontics, we made the right choice and have no regrets!!! Dr. Roberto is the best!

Worst service I ever had. Never ever go to this place.. they cheat and deceive you in getting the money before the procedure even start. Save yourself from wasting your time calling them and looking for answers.. worst management, the front office lady Meredith coerced to sign a long term contract even before the procedure begins and would not refund the amount after the recommendation from thOral surgeon(office referred) that the procedure is not suitable. I am so pleased to have had my sons braces done at Rockaway Orth., they have beautiful smiles and every time we had an appointment, cancellation, or need to reschedule we have been greeted with smiles and professionalism. The office is brand new state of the art and kept extremely clean. Staff is very attentive and takes the time to acknowledge and engage children and adults alike so that everyone looks forward to going to see them on appointment day. The office worked with me and my insurance.
