The Orthodontic service is horrible. You wait hours after your appointment time to be seen, the office manager David doesn't appropriately submit insurance authorizations and will not correct issue when brought to his attention. Will not speak with patients regarding concerns despite multiple attempts at contact. Even gave the insurance representative a hard time when attempting to fix the issue. This office will break insurance rules and charge you cash for insurance approved services. Do not reccomend.

When in to have a tooth ache diagnosed. Needed a root canal and price was reasonable. Was also told i needed many fillings. Less than 2 months later had one fall out and called dentist next day for an appt. They had an opening so i booked it. Got a call a couple hours later asking if they could reschedule me for 4 days later. I tell reseptionist i am in pain and can not eat since the filling failure is on opposite side of root canal tooth i was waiting on crown for. Went to new dr. to fix.
