Dr. Melania Elsner, DDS

When talking about root canal, it might seem a bit strange to use the word “pleasure,” but I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Elsner. She was extremely patient, extremely personable, extremely caring and, most importantly, extremely knowledgeable and proficient regarding the performing of a root canal procedure. During the procedure Dr. Elsner made certain to explain to me what she was doing and constantly asked me how I was feeling. Most importantly, other than some minimal sensitivity, I experienced virtually no discomfort, either during the procedure or later on in the day after the novacaine wore off. Further, Dr. Elsner even called me the next day — on her day off, mind you — to check in on me and see how I was feeling.I also want to commend Amber (front desk), Yeni and Constanza (both dental assistants), and Debbie, the office manager, who goes above and beyond for the patients!!

Wonderful folks! Dr. Elsner was great and I appreciate the detailed explanation of my situation and options. Amber jumped through several hoops to accommodate me as I had some special issues. Could not be happier with Dr. Elsner, Amber and everyone there. Caring and take good care of you.

Happy and root canal usually don't go together, but somehow over the last two years, I have always been happy to sit in Dr. Elsner's dental chair. She is so competent and personable and caring that I forget what she's doing to me. She is super focused on keeping her patient out of pain, both during the procedure and afterward. Every time I have had root canal procedures with her, she asks often if I am feeling any pain during the operation, and then she invariably follows up every visit with a personal phone call a few hours later. Her office is efficient and on-time. If she is running late, they call me to come a little later. Alternatively, if she is running ahead of schedule, they call to ask if I'd like to come in earlier. I have never had to wait for my appointment. Fees are moderate, parking either by valet or by oneself is convenient to the office. I only wish that all other medical practitioners I use met all of these criteria: competence, personal concern, and timeliness.

Dr Elsner is amazing. I was in terrible pain and she saw me the same day. She was thorough efficient and very skilled. The root canal was quick and as pain free as possible. She called me several times over the weekend to make sure I was improving. I am very pleased with both Dr Elsner and her whole practice. I highly recommend her although I hope to not require her services again.

Dr Elsner is an excellent surgeon !! her practice id flawless and friendly staff she has amazing bedside manner and called me in the evening to make sure I was ok !! I highly recommend her and her staff. Thank You Doc !!

Dr Elsner saved my crown by making a tiny hole in the crown, and performing the root canal procedure through it. This saved me from having to spend hundreds of dollars on a new crown. She made sure that I felt absolutely no pain throughout the entire procedure, and that I was as comfortable as possible. I could not have been more pleased with the experience that I had with Dr Elsner, I am so grateful to her for relieving me of the excruciating pain that I was having.

Dr. Elsner took me in as an emergency due to my molar pain. She was very professional, did excellent work, answered my questions, explained her procedures and made sure that I felt as little pain as possible ( which was quite minimal) for a root canal. It has now been 10 days and my work is fully complete. The work she did for me at Schapiro and Elsner Endodontics in Boca Raton was first rate and if asked, I would fully recommend her to any potential patient.
