To start off, love Dr.Darj and her work. Although, I have always had issues with the billing. Today, I went in and thought I was just going to get work done and pay for the amount they had told me about when I got my cleaning the week before. I ended up paying for mine and SOMEONE ELSES work. When I’m about to pay, I ask the front desk woman to bill my payment instead and I’d pay from there. She tells me I can’t. (When it’s been done in the past) and charges me upfront. I see the large amount of money and question what I’ve been charged and I’ve been charged with another persons work done from a prior visit that WAS NOT MINE. I ask her why she charged me for THEIR work and she said some ridiculous excuse and charged me WITHOUT TELLING ME. I should’ve only been charged for my work done. And told me that she was only going to reimburse me if she got that money from someone else. She was very difficult with reimbursing me and took all day to finally realize SHE messed up.
