Dr. Mehdy Rad, DMD

The office staff is pleasant and the appointments are easy to schedule. The worst part about the practice is the actual service. Mehdy Rad has the worst manners for someone in a patient-facing career that I have ever encountered. He is rude and made me feel uncomfortable while speaking to him as a patient paying for his service. I have also witnessed him making rude comments to female patients in the office so my experience was not isolated. If I knew this was how he treated people and if I saw the reviews from people who had a similar experience to me, I would not have gone through with treatment at this office. I do not recommend his services to anyone who values care and respect. I specifically advise women to avoid. Hopefully this review saves someone.

Highly recommend! We had Dr. Petrarca, (retired now) for the majority of the 21/2 years but had seen all of the doctors in the practice. My daughter had two teeth coming in from the roof of her mouth and needed them pulled out because they were impacted and obviously in the wrong place. The baby teeth needed to be pulled to make room for the adult teeth. We had to expose the teeth and add chains in her mouth to attach to the braces. They did a phenomenal job. Our team included: Dr. Andrew Horng, dentist, Dr. Bill Dzyak-oral surgeon-private practice and the RAD group. Today she had her braces removed and it was successful! Her teeth look straight, beautiful and healthy. Everyone who cared for my daughter was kind spirited, accommodating and friendly. Everyone had a great sense of humor. Thank you, RAD Orthodontist team!

Dr.Rad is so amazing!!! Its been a couple of years since I've had my last visit, but honestly I couldn't think of any other provider that I would want to see. Dr.Rad was so humble, respectful and was so helpful when it came to my treatment options. I had a very rare condition and Dr.Rad saved me from getting surgery!! His service is one of the best I've ever seen! I truly miss seeing him in the office! 10/10 HIGH RECOMMENDED! You won't regret it at all!

This practice is terrific! The doctors and office staff are kind, helpful and really listen to you. I sent both my kids there. Highly recommend!

A wonderful experience dealing with Dr. Rad and his most courteous and efficient staff. I would highly recommend him, as his focus is on orthodontics and his training and experience are contributing factors to a most positive outcome!

Dr. Rad is busy, However, he was always very abrupt with me and then became outright rude. Instead of attempting to correct a front tooth that shifted, after treatment, he wanted to saw it, so that it was even with the other. I asked if that could risk nerve damage and the man chucked his mirror down on the table and said he wasn't working with me anymore and stormed off. I was given a letter stating that treatment was complete and future appoints would cost, despite the treatment plan/contract
