From the initial greeting from the front office staff to the clinic staff in back I was treated with genuine friendliness, care and professionalism! Every question I asked was answered with respectful responses and patience. I have been to many offices where as a patient you feel like you are just a number on an assembly line but not here! Dr Roehl & her team take their time making sure I comfortable during the hygiene appt as well as my fillings and all my dental options were explained so I could choose what worked best for me and my budget weighing the pros and cons. I will reccommend Shyenne dental to everyone!!

The dentist who handled my case (Medora West-Roehl) lacked bedside manners and failed to give me any information and education on my dental health during my first visit. During my first appointment she failed to go over the x-ray and examination results with me personally. She knew I had an infection yet failed to give me any antibiotics during my first appointment; I had to call the office to ask for this. She failed to inform me on my options during my first visit leaving me with a lot of anxiety and in a lot of pain. She performed an unnecessary gingivectomy access restoration procedure that she recommended. According to my endodontist, this should have been done the day of my root canal procedure. I even called the office to ask about why I couldn't have this done the day of my root canal and they said, Medora West-Roehl said it was fine for me to get it done since I was "In so much pain." Save your money and spend it on a dentist who will listen and not work against you!
