Dr Smith and his team were extremely friendly and professional from when I entered until I was finished. I think him and his staff were aware of my nerves and concerns and took things nice and slow, explaining each step. Painless, quick extraction with no bad recovery. Highly recommended! I had to practically beg to get an appointment, which was three months away. Despite my explanation about my pain and issue with my tooth. Finally I go as a walk in. After three hours in the waiting room, where I watched a new first time walk in patient be sent back before me, an established patient. I finally get back and this dentist did nothing. He looked at my cracked tooth and said he would need at least an hour to work on it. I had been there four hours by then. He tells they will put me on the return call list for an appointment. No one called. A week later my tooth breaks in my mouth, leaving an exposed area and jagged edge. I called four times and each time was told how busy he was and they would call me back. No one did. I have Medicaid and could not find another dentist to take my insurance since I would be a new patient. I had to go to one and take cash I couldn't afford to get my tooth fixed. Now I'm in pain, tooth is worse and Smith still hasn't called.

After an hour & a half drive, I didn't have the best of Dentists' visits today. I'm a burn survivor from a house fire that claimed the lives of my wife & 3 year old twins. The 1st visit to this office was as expected, exam, x-rays, etc. The 2nd visit which was a follow-up for fillings was odd. After 2 hrs. up & down in the chair with entertainment of repeated x-rays and b.s. from the lady Dr. Smith had pawn me off on. She was only doing as told. Finally after my patience was almost out, I asked if a problem had came up because I felt something wasn't right. I hadn't even been numbed with a shot yet. She then let me know Dr. Smith didn't feel comfortable performing any procedures on me until he had a letter from my doctors from Georgia. I was sorta confused since this hadn't been mentioned at my 1st apt. but nicely rescheduled. I called the office to see if I still needed to bring a letter since my doctors didn't understand. After holding, I was told NO. Today, more x-rays, no fillings.
