Dr. Maxwell Miller, DDS

I am not a good dental patient - but I cannot say enough about Dr. Miller and his staff. Very kind people and they are very informative from cleanings to insurance info. Don’t hesitate to go there!

While the hygienist and dentist were very nice and professional, there is a problem. My dentist was very backed up due to Covid issues, so, I called around downtown to find another one who accepts Delta Dental insurance. I talked to Paige and she told me that they did accept DD. I asked if my exam will (as usual) be 100% covered, and she said she would check with DD. She asked me to email her a copy of my insurance card which I did. She emailed me that they do accept my insurance but that they can’t know the amounts. After my exam, I’m presented with the bill and “DD will then refund you.” DD ends up covering about $112 out of $308 and says that this Dentist is not in their network and does not accept their insurance, and that it’s disappointing how often either staff is either not educated on what “in network” means, and simply provides incorrect information. I call and talk to Paige, and says that they are not in network and that’s she may have “misspoken.”

He's great, as is his staff. He's personable and very professional. A couple of times, I had a problem and had to be seen within a certain time frame, he quickly responded, resolved my issue and I was on my way.
