Dr. Lai is simply the best. He is extraordinarily patient and spends a lot of time discussing my options. He answers all of my questions and my appointments never feel rushed. He is extremely gentle which for me is great because I've had some dentists that were pretty rough. Dr. Lai gets my highest recommendation. A+++ all the way!
