Very disappointed
I had scheduled an appointment for a routine dental cleaning, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations.Upon arrival, under false pretense I was pressured to undergo X-rays and gum measurements, which I understood were required for the appointment. However, after enduring over 90 minutes in the chair and undergoing the unpleasant and uncomfortable procedures, I was informed that I would not be receiving the cleaning I had originally requested.Also I can’t get my records from the office.
