Staff was friendly. I was scared to death. The nurse was talking about her fur babies witch comforted me. When the dic came ini was falling asleep before I knew it. I didn't have time to be nervous. Everything went nice and smooth. I will definitely go back there with ease. I will refer him to all my friends and family

Dr Midtling and his staff were nothing less of kind and professional! I have never felt so comfortable with a Doctor. His waiting room was full and the wait time wasn’t as bad as I anticipated. They treat you so well and explain everything thoroughly. I had a really positive experience!

Excellent physician. Explained everything well, made me comfortable when I went in for extractions. Super efficient. Kind and hard working.

I was very nervous for my wisdom tooth removal, but the staff were all very friendly and explained what they were going to do and what I should expect. Dr. Midtling was very kind to me and even helped to calm me down before I went under. Everything was very clean and pleasant!

The surgeon not showing up for the first appointment should have been my red flag because it showed the disorganized communication and lack of professionalism or good conduct of this office, and the second time could have been avoided by taking the time to look at the X-ray sooner and making one courteous phone call instead of me wasting my time making arrangements to take time off work once more when he said he wouldn't recommend the surgery. I would absolutely not recommend Midtling to anyone.

Dr. Midtling is the BEST!! I've seen him once a year for the last 3 yrs. I'm deathly afraid of needles, and dental work. Dr. Midtling makes the entire procedure comforting. He asked questions about you as a person and has a gosh darn good memory. He is humorous, honest and to the point on what needs to be done. I've never experienced any bad side effects such as dry socket,infection. His front office staff are WONDERFUL!! Dr. Midtling please don't ever retire!! He's the best oral surgeon around!

I have never liked going to any dentist for any reason until now, i have had the best experience in the 3 visits I've had and Dr James Midtling in my opinion is awesome !!! He knows what he's doing and really cares about the patients and there concerns. I would totally recommened him to everyone I know or don't know

Wretched experience. Dirty looking equipment, not sparkling clean like a procedure room should be, way too many chances for cross-contamination of blood, recovery rooms weren't cleaned nor was bedding properly sheeted, replaced or covered. The Dr. was terse. My extraction sites were bleeding heavily but the nurse just yanked out the gauze packing and said I was OK to leave. She refused to give me more gauze and said, "it's not that bad" and told me to leave. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

I've been to this clinic several times in my life, they have always been GREAT.. Anyone inquires with me needing services that this clinic provides I never hesitate to refer them to friends and family.

Went in for an oral surgery my consultation took longer than expected because of a 15-20 in the waiting room and an additional 15 or longer wait for the actual doctor. On the day of my procedure I was given anesthesia I knocked out woke up and was transferred to a different room by an assistant. As I was coming back to a state of consciousness the assistant gave me my written Rx and a hand out and told me I can go whenever. My lips were still covered in blood and I wasn't given an explanation.
