Dr. Chesler is amazing with his bedside manner as well as his skills, but honestly it all started with the kindness and clarity of understanding the procedure from Alicia and Carmen which set the stage for a wonderful experience from the start. I was so nervous and had so many questions and they took the time to answer them all over the phone with patience and grace. We all know from experience that it can be challenging to answer the same questions over and over and each of them did so patiently and with genuine kindness and compassion. By the time I went in to meet with Dr. Chesler, I had confidence in the entire procedure. Dr. Chesler was wonderful with getting to know my dental procedure concerns and letting me know my options. I felt listened to and confident he would take great care of me! The procedure went without a hitch and was so easy. I did choose to get a prescription to help relax me and it was the best decision for me, even though I rarely take any medication.

Also, provided me with options and recommendations for the treatments needed. Dr. Matthew Chesler and his entire team are simply amazing. The incredibly friendly staff, and Dr. Chesler's relaxed and professional manner really helped me feel at ease during my office visits. This was my fourth root canal, the first for Dr. Chesler and also my very first pain free procedure. On the day of the procedure, the Doctor detailed the steps involved, and ensured that I was comfortable and completely numb before beginning, consequently I was able to relax and let him and his assistant do their work. Not once did I ever feel discomfort, pain or rushed. What an incredible experience! It's the next day and no pain or annoying sensitivity from my tooth. I very highly recommend Dr. Chesler for your Endodontist needs.

Well first off I’m 66 and have been to Dentist that hurt so bad I didn’t go back for years. So to say I was nervous about a root canal is an understatement. Starting at the front desk , the waiting area is very comfortable, it has a water feature to focus on and very relaxing. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. When I was taken back I told the assistant how afraid I was and she reassured me everything would be fine. They did X-rays before and after, which were easy. So when the Dr came in I also explained my fear to him. He said he would make it as pain free as possible. Which he did , I felt nothing including the shots .Another thing I loved about this experience is they explained everything to you. This was my best dental experience ever. Totally pain free for a root canal. Whoopi When I left the office I had already called a friend to tell them how great it was. I will recommend Dr. Chesler to all my friends and family.

The office is friendly, sparkling clean, staff is top drawer professional and Dr. Chesler is approachable, explains every step clearly and answers all questions. Any anxiety about the procedure melts away with ease knowing he's precise, experienced and brilliant in his field. His manner is friendly, authentic and his fine motor skills are peak perfect. He's good. It was the BEST dental procedure overall I've experienced in 65+yrs in various dental procedures. It's not a job for him, but a natural fit, almost a calling. Great guy and wonderful staff.
