Long wait
I had an 11 a.m. appointment I arrived about 10 minutes early, signed in and sat down in the waiting room. I was finally called at 11:45 with no apology for the long wait - visit was satisfactory but the long wait was not. I almost missed an appointment for lunch with an 89 year old long time friend. I will be looking for another dentist and I suggest to anyone looking for a dentist do not use this one - unless you like the long wait - bring a book to read so you won't be bored!
