Dental evaluation
8/4/2023 I Lubov Anderson made an appointment with the dentistM. Bowman.The office worker told me that I could bring my CD with x-rays of my teeth. Bowman said I don’t have away to read your CD my system is new. Then She took new x-rays of all my teeth.At the end of the visit, I asked Maria to send me a copy of the X-ray and a conclusion on the condition of my teeth. Previously, Maria sent me my X-ray of my teeth to my email.Maria told me that her computer system is new and she can't send me x-rays to my email.Maria said that I'm not a doctor and I wouldn't understand X-rays.and said that she will send all my documents and x-rays to my dentist, if necessary. I told the doctor that by law she is required to give me a copy of my X-rays and documents.I asked Dr Bowman to please repair my upper prosthesis first because I cannot chew food well without an upper denture and I have trouble digesting food.Dr Bowman said she would have to put some fillings on my lower teeth first.
