Dr. Martina Laifook, DMD

I booked the appt on a Monday and was seen on Wednesday. Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. The Dr and staff have amazing bedside manner and the Dr was very upfront about my options. I definitely recommend!

horrible customer service and very unprofessional. had an appointment for 11am and got there at 10:45 because being on time means your late right? no, Martina Liafook explained to me no one is supposed to be early during covid. Someone called in for a last minute appointment at 11:30 (stating they are paying cash) and when they got in at 12pm this person was able to see the doctor right away. meanwhile they put me in a cold room to wait until 1:20pm to see the doctor. While noticeably and crying because all I wanted to do was get home to my son Martine Liafook did nothing to help the situation. I was so upset about having to wait so long for Martina Laifook to see me, she tried to make light of the situation but actually insulted me by asking if I needed a job because they were short staffed. Dr. Martina Laifook and her staff are the absolute best. They provided me with pleasant, courteous and professional care when I was suffering from a cracked molar. I arrived to their office in terrible pain and was immediately put at ease by her kind and friendly staff. Dr. Laifook was very caring and informative and took time to explain the entire procedure to me. Much to my delight, I left absolutely pain free. I only have good things to say about my experience with them. I highly recommend this office.

Worst dentist ever. If you booked an appointment with this office, think again. Not only that I waited two hours without being seen, but when I asked why I was waiting for so long, the Dr. gave me a very nasty attitude. So I ended up walking away. I am so glad no service was rendered. Very rude.

This is horrible. One of the dentist literally came in and cursed me and my mother out.

Most unprofessional dental office in all aspects. Don’t recommend at all! I don't know how she hired people that doesn't do their job correctly, the rep took all my insurance information over the phone two weeks prior to my appointment and I took half a day off from work and went there and after two hours they said they don’t take my insurance. They wanted me to pay $750.00 out of pocket and another patient they told the same thing!! If this Dr. is chastising her staff in front of her patients, then I would think, she should be looking at her patient's insurance and verifying things before a person come all the way there, to be turn away, because the insurance doesn't pay for extraction. False advertisement is a bad reputation in the public eye. You can't say you take someone's insurance and wait for them to get there and give them some other story and say they have to pay out of pocket $750..Not good business..I would never recommend this Dr. to anyone...thumbs down

the office called me early then my appointment time and yet I had to wait for more then 3 hours before I was able to see the dr. When I saw her and I tried to explain about her staff, she simply said in plain words that I could have walked out why I waited.. my dentist sent me there for consultation or I would never have gone to 2 star rating dentist. I am merely forced to write this review that this behavior is simply unacceptable. It is very UNPROFESSIONAL and doctor is ill mannered

She is horrible. She has no emergency number and no answering service once she pulls the teeth your on your own. My daughter has been in pain for 5 days unfortunately it was a holiday weekend. And ther was no way of contacting her no child should have to suffer like that

Dr. Laifook herself, was a lovely doctor. She was down to earth, friendly, very professional, good bedside manner and made you feel really comfortable.

Previously, my daughter had a bad experience with the removal of one of her wisdom teeth. Therefore, she was very nervous, when she went to Dr. Laifook for the removal of two more wisdom teeth. Dr. Laifook and her warm staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. They explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. The procedure was performed skillfully, efficiently and without any complications. I highly recommend Dr. Laifook.

I had to remove my wisdom tooth. I called the office many times and no one picked up the phone. Finally when someone picks up the phone, they put me on hold and half an hour later they hang up. Finally I got the appointment in the office they took my dental X-ray and they sent it for insurance approval. After a few days, I got a denial because the doctor for a twenty minute procedure, the doctor wanted to use anesthesia for an hour and a half without any documentation. So unprofessional.

Dr. Laifook and staff treated me very nice and with care. My oral surgery went very well and afterwards I had very minor pain. My take on it is that they treated me with care and I truly appreciate it. I would highly recommend Dr. Laifook office to family and friends. Keep up the great work.

I've been putting off getting four of my wisdom teeth extracted for years out of fear and the horror stories of pain but I finally went into Dr.Laifook to have the procedure done in fear but Dr.Laifook had such a calming mannerism about her I felt at ease so finally I was put under anesthesia and woke up feeling like a new man after all four wisdom teeth were removed and with that being said she is the greatest and I would recommend Dr.Laifook to anyone!
