Dr. Tilley has evidently been practicing long enough that when he started they didn’t have painkillers. He should really bring his practices into the 21st century. There is absolutely no reason my daughter should be in this much pain. Also, how is it possible to remove four wisdom teeth in just over 20 minutes? I’ll tell you how, by not being careful or caring and just ripping them out with absolutely no thought to the consequences. If I could leave no stars, I woul

I took my 90 year old father in today & everyone was friendly and extremely patient with him. He had x-rays and a tooth extracted. Kudos to Dr. Tilley & his staff.

Front office staff was incredibly rude and demeaning. Insulted my spouse and referring dentist. First contact was over the phone and she was curt and condescending. Decided maybe she was having a bad day so went for my consultation. She was even more unkind in person, as was the person who "explained" payment and insurance. Dr. Tilley was pleasant and had a great bedside manner. I expect to be treated as a patient and customer by both the doctor AND staff or they don't deserve my patronage.

We had the best experience with Dr. Tilley and his staff than we would of had in our home town of North Platte. My son was not traumatized and he had an amazing experience for getting teeth extracted.

Dr. Tilley had my bottom wisdom teeth out in maybe 5 mins, the assistant was very nice & helpful. follow up call the next day to check on my progress. this offices billing practices are ridiculous. had my wisdom teeth taken out Thurs. afternoon & by the next Mon. already had billing statement in mail telling me how much still owed after paying 30% the day of appt. Sent a statement but while i was tracking my dental insurance website for a claim, no claim had been filed. maybe would recommend.

Front staff is NOT AT ALL friendly. They state there is no fee for the consultation, THIS IS A LIE! You will be charged $75.This office does not participate with ANY insurances. They will not tell you direct answers to your questions. Not nice when I called to discuss issues. Dr. Tilley is a very nice man, friendly and polite. However the $75 consult fee covers a 2 minute conversation with him, he looks at an XRAY from your previous dentist, never looks in your mouth at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
