Very demeaning. Wouldn’t recommend.
The dudes kinda a rude fella. Every time I walk in I feel like I’m being talked down to. Don’t get me wrong, I’m dumb, but you aren’t supposed to talk down to a patient the way he did. I’m switching doctors.

AGREE "HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE" and BULLY TACTICS
BEWARE Unscrupulous practice. Told similar story that insurance would cover $2400 Tap-Pap but no way. Flimsey and poor fitting, Returned month later for tweeking and Dunbar actually commented in front of his assistant , totally inappropriately "that I was the kind that would call for a refitting on a Sunday, so I needed a remake" You guessed it--he charged me another $2400 for the copy. Bewildered I paid it and regret not walking out with appliance in hand without paying. BEWARE.

Horrible experience! Was assured by Dr. Denbar's office my $2,500 oral appliance and services WERE COVERED by my insurance. Initially, it turned out they were not because not only was the proper paperwork not sent in, they sent the claim paperwork in AFTER I received the device and after I was told it was covered. I ended up spending money & many hours having to get it resolved myself. My advice to you is to take your business elsewhere. If you have no choice DO NOT take their word for it that the device & services are covered; verify it personally with your insurance. VERY carefully read and ask questions about the Financial Agreement they will have you sign, but that they won't "verbally elaborate"on stating - "You AGREE to pay collection costs, attorney fees and court costs incurred in collecting on future outstanding balances."- Good Luck! you will need it if you have to go here:)-

Horrible experience! Dr. Denbar made my appliance with a broken mold. My mold broke and rather than have me come back in he made my very expensive appliance with a broken mold. Of course it did not fit right and caused my teeth to shift. When I told him my teeth had shifted he chuckled and blew it off. His nurse got very defensive and had to leave the room. My Dentist confirmed that my teeth had shifted and that my jaw was now out of alignment. I highly recommend you not give your money to this practice.

For several years I have struggled through two oral devices that were very uncomfortable or very poorly designed. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and knew I had to to something else. I ended up on Dr. Denbar's website. Impressive. Within in minutes of conversation with Dr. Denbar, I knew I was in the right place. I was fitted with both the TAP oral device and the CPAP. Yes, it is a lttle of a hassle but I've gone from waking up an average of 58 times an hour (1st sleep test) to barely 3 times per hour. He is very knowledgeable and his staff very nice and overall a great group of people. If your have sleep apnea, you need to make an appointment with Dr. Denbar.

Do you LOVE your CPAP mask? Neither do I. I hate that stupid thing and refuse to use it. Now, I only have moderate sleep apnea (I stop breathing about 20-30 times an hour), but it is enough to bother me the next day. I ran out of options, until I met Dr Denbar. He fit me with a mouth guard that forced my lower jaw forward allowing greater air flow. My last sleep study showed that I did not stop breathing once the WHOLE night. I only had a couple of partial episodes during the night. That is what you call a night and day difference. The office staff is very nice. I have never had a problem with them. I wish the employees at other places would treat me like they do. Very nice people. If you are ready to stop using your C CRAP machine, then call him. You won't regret it.

I was having some serious sleep issues. After going to several doctors, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and got referred to go to Dr. Denbar. Thanks to Dr Denbar, I sleep like a baby now :). I feel way more energized, happy and healthier overall. I've had my dental device for over a year now and cannot live without it. Their staff has always been kind and reminded me of my appointments way in advance. Thanks Dr Denbar for helping me out with my sleep issues!.

Great staff, location and schedule. I had an emergency and I called first thing in the Morning. The staff came in 45 min early to take care of me. Never expected to have that with anyone. A second visit was scheduled on a day off! I felt bad, but they insisted. You don't find that kind of services anywhere else.
