Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

As a Dra she is very good. Your workgroup not so much. They often make mistakes, wasting time for patients' parents (Clients) and who dislike being complained when they make mistakes or give wrong information for some reason, and then tell the Doctor that they were disrespected. The unusual thing is that the Doctor, far from consulting and finding out what really happened, believes that they are falling into the same vice of lying and this if I consider it a real lack of respect. Take care of your prestige, choosing to work with you, the right people, worthy of admiring and respectful in every way so that your image is not tarnished by the bad attitude of those who do their work only for what they earn and not out of love for what they do.

We have been to several dental offices and this was by far the best visit we have ever had. Dr. Ortiz is amazing and I am so grateful that she is now our daughter's new dentist. Our daughter was extremely nervous because of previous issues with her extractions. Dr. Ortiz calmed our daughter and gave us great news. We appreciate that the dentist was patient, warm, gentle, and compassionate with our teen. God bless Dr. Ortiz!

I love Dr. Ortiz and my 2 toddlers do too! She is so kind and playful with them, they don’t even realize they are getting an exam. They look forward to going to the dentist!
