I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Marta Herin for my dental implant procedure. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and the calming atmosphere. Dr. Herin took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt completely comfortable before moving forward. The procedure itself was smooth, and I experienced minimal discomfort afterward. The results are fantastic—I can’t even tell the implant is there! I’m so grateful for the expertise and care provided. Dr. Herin did a crown for me over a year ago. While prepping the tooth she talked over my face the entire time to the dental assistant about their personal issues. Then the assistant fit me for the temporary crown. I went home and my gums were so torn up it took two full weeks to heal. I went back for the permanent crown and when Dr. Herin pushed it on it was very tight so she grinded it down at least three times to get it right and that seemed ok. She glued it on and I went home. I have been back to see her at least 3 times concerning this crown causing terrible pain and discomfort. I begged her to remove this crown and give my tooth a break, but she insisted the margins are perfect and there are no issues. She made every effort to talk me out of having this crown removed but I can no longer deal with this year long pain and discomfort so I went to another dentist who told me he will never ignore a patient in pain so he grinded off the crown and within 2 days NO MORE PAIN. RELIEF!
