I have suffered from dental anxiety for years and Dr Sams along with the staff have made the entire process relaxing and comfortable so that I could achieve my dental goals finanlly ! I would highly recommend them ! I had very minimal discomfort after having two teeth pulled along with a sinus lift and preparing for dentalimplants. I also had a deep cleaning done . I took only OTC medicine after the procedure and did just fine . The office staff does an excellent job of working with the financial piece of the services. I could not be happier with the entire experience and it was well worth going out of network to have this done .

I have been seeing Dr. Sams for several years for periodontal work. Recently, I had an endoscopy done to try to save a problem tooth. I am still in after care with a quarterly appointment schedule in November. This week I was worried about the tooth because it felt different. I called and he was able to get me in next day. When I arrived, everyone in the office (as always), was cordial, eager to make me comfortable, and the hygienist and Dr. Sams were right there to listen to me, assess the situation and make sure I was comfortable before I left. Can't say enough good things. Don't hesitate to call the office if you need periodontal or implant work done. They are the best!

As someone who is terrified of dentists, to say that I was apprehensive about a dental implant was an understatement. I was so wrong...the entire office staff was there to make me comfortable and Dr. Sams is so kind and so skilled. I had thoroughly checked him out and received so many positive recommendations...I can't say enough good about Dr. Sams and his practice.
