Only as great as your worst employee
I have no idea how this Dr treats his patients (I’m sure he’s great) but his receptionist probably chases potential patients away before he even gets the chance to meet them. What an absolute condescending, disgrace of a human. You probably should start recording your phone calls because she has no business being someone that even answers a phone and is going to single-handedly destroy your business with her wonderful compassion for no one.
