Longwood very uncaring and unprofessional, I missed hygienist appointment due to emergency. I called to reschedule/speak with Dr. Mc Coy; receptionist Carol said she would call other office and give him message to call. I did not hear, so a month later (2 months ago),I called Carol again -I told her that I was returning Dr. Mc Coy's call (I though he called but he hadn't). Again, I did not hear. Just got a bill for $54. I called and Carol said they would not even work payment plan with me. Greed
