Dr. Mark Keilman, DDS

I've just had my 3rd visit with Dr Keilman and I have had the best care possible from the staff at the front desk to the doctor himself. I'm a big baby with needles but everybody went out of their way to comfort and care for me. It's always taken other past dentists a lot of needles to numb me before proceedures but Dr Keilman by far is the most patient and least painful. In fact tooth x-rays hurt more. This is 24 hrs later and my mouth is hardly hurting from 2 extractions and a crown prep. No meds for pain needed. Thorough and honest description of my needs and concerns and, unlike other reviewer, fair pricing. I recommend Dr Keilman very much!

Billing practices are incompetent at best. Usually takes a while for recovery after procedure. Damaged teeth as a result of coming here and failure to make right. Came in for a cleaning and lost rear molar to extraction due to incompetence after CROWNED tooth was broken. Billing manager eager to blame insurance companies for his failure to properly bill, then passes billing failure onto the patient. For all my fellow Veterans out there, do not use this dentist. Estimates have never matched bill

Poor experience across the board. Snotty attitudes from the dental staff across the board. Billing has no clue how much to bill and keeps changing my out of pocket substantially. It really feels like they are going out of their way to drive me away. Well they have accomplished just that. I would avoid this place at all costs.
