I am 87 so I require gentle treatment. My appointments have been the best I have ever experienced. Dr. Hise explained everything prior to beginning a procedure and softly explained everything he was doing as it happened. His assistant was friendly, courteous and efficient as was the office staff. Great experience.

Receptionist extremely rude. Wouldn’t even budge around their schedule, or give recommendations. Very rude and snobby woman on phone. Wouldn’t ever call back, and I.m can put up with a lot on phone or in person but this was the worst yet.
