Dr. Mark Forrest, DMD

A few years back I had complete work done with Dr. Mark forest. I had extractions, tissue regeneration and bone graphs. I’ve gradually been informed that the bone graft did not take and that one extraction was not performed correctly leaving the root of the tooth imbedded in gum which now infected and needs another surgery. In addition I feel he extracted teeth that could have saved to sell me implants. BEWARE!!!

After years of going there, lately my experiences have not been the best. During a routine visit and after telling the staff multiple times over previous visits that I did not want a certain part of that procedure because my insurance does not cover it, they gave it to me anyway and billed me for it. I called the office and explained the situation and asked if anything could be done. A week passed and no one reached out, I then called back. They again told me that they would get back to me. From there, I received a phone call back later in the day from the staff stating that the Dr. Forrest said that he had already helped me out in regards to billing of other services because my insurance didn’t cover it. Which was a not true because my insurance did cover it. After telling the staff memeber that she was mistaken and my insurance did cover it, she told me I had to pay anyway. I then communicated it was unfair and I’d go elsewhere due to this treatment and she hung up on me

Not only is Dr Forest an excellent diagnostician and implant surgeon, he is also kind and humorous. Made getting implants a good experience. He also provides excellent recommendations to other health care providers.

I spent thousands of dollars on gum surgery and an implant and was told that the implant would last 25 years. It failed after 4 years and I was told that I would have to pay again to have it done over again. He offered approx $300 discount for metal screw but wanted to charge another 3k in labor. Then he would have to refer me to another person at added expense to complete the job. Get a written warranty if you choose to spend money with Dr. Forrest.
