Dr. Mark Flannagan, DDS

This dentist is very unprofessional, he was supposed to make me a full set of new dentures. After having to drive there 4 times for wax try-ins, every time stating that they were not centered, I finally agreed they were close enough. When I got the actual dentures they were WAY crooked. The dentist and his assistant say they are straight and I am simply to picky. After my family agreed with me I called his office to discuss it. Again, I was told I'm too picky and they look straight. I was also told I'm "anal" about my dentures but "was not anal about my real teeth". I lost my real teeth in an accident so this "helper" was simply trying to insult me. The whole experience was stressful and just a nightmare from start to finish. The dentist himself has a very poor chair-side manner and is gruff. He seems to only be concerned with seeing how many patients he can get through and how quickly. I STRONGLY regret going to him

Not to be trusted for the simplest of treatments. He does not care about the well being of his patients, but rather how much money he can make from each one. What a horrible human being. Ask what the community thinks about him.

My first visit to this office was an emergency evaluation. The staff was very thorough and explained everything. My 2nd visit was for 2 extractions of the troublesome wisdom teeth causing the issues. Absolutely no pain or issues during or after the extractions. 3rd visit was yesterday for a filling and crown. No pain or issues yet again. Highly recommend this dental office!

Do not trust this person. If you value the health of your teeth, you will not go here. He also does not care about your personal fears about going to the dentist and will not bother to explain what and why he intends to do certain procedures. He wanted to pull a perfectly healthy tooth of mine since he felt I didn't use it and it would make it easier to keep the one next to it clean. That was the best explanation he would give. He also told me I had the beginnings of cavities, but could not show me where or how many. He drilled out ALL of my molars that have hurt and ached since. It has been three months. When I went to him, it was just for a cleaning and I had never had tooth pain. Now after I trusted him, I always have pain. I wish I had asked around before going to see him. I have always liked going to the dentist. I know that's not the norm. Now I stress over my teeth every day and worry about the future of my teeth and understand the great fear so many people have of going .

Excellent service. 2 fillings done in less than 1 hour with no pain and high degree of professionalism. Highly recommend
