I broke a tooth. I had to wait a month just to get a cleaning before the extraction of the broken tooth.then another month for the procedure. The pressure from his pulling the rest of the broken tooth hurt my neck. My mouth was sore from all of the injection sites to numb it. He cracked the tooth next to it (on the top front). I tried to go back but he couldn’t see me for another month. In the mean time, the tooth he cracked, broke off! He had also recommended a specialist to do 3 root canals on teeth that I had no problems with. I realize that maybe I would need them in the future but I no longer trusted a word that he said. It was a bad experience.

He wouldn’t listen to my concerns, didn’t make any accommodations for my disability issues and overall made me feel like I was the one bothering him. There were many moments where I was uncomfortable and did my best to convey the problem, most of the time I was completely ignored even when I neared choking and sometimes he’d acknowledge me but wouldn’t do anything to help. It’s been over two weeks since I had fillings redone and they feel worse than ever before. They’re not naturally shaped, there’s weird gaps in between my teeth and somehow my teeth have shifted into a position that constantly irritates my tongue. Everyday my mouth constantly hurts since he worked on it. Will not be going back to him ever again if possible.

Dr Connolly is amazing! I have been at his practice since it opened well over 10 years ago. He has been incredible, professional and everything the best should be! Would NOT hesitate to send anyone there. I have referred over 100 of my friends who have also become permanent patients.

My first time with “Marla” Maria! So efficient and kind. Knows how to carry a good conversation while doing an awesome job on your smile. I felt so comfortable! Also, I had a “rough” area and Dr. Connoly took time to smooth it off for me. So glad to be back to good people after the pandemic shutdown!
