Fixed my Teeth
I've had two root canals performed by Dr. Conard now, and I don't think there is any praise I can give a medical professional more than 'It did hurt, and now it doesn't' Both times were remarkably pain-free, solved the pain and sensitivity, I was feeling better than when I went in by the afternoon. I generally don't leave reviews, but I 100% percent would tell anyone, you need a root canal, this is the guy to see.

I tried him out because he was in network for my insurance and his reviews online seemed mostly positive. But I really should have listened to those handful of negative complaints. They all talk about how he cancelled on them on short notice multiple times and that is exactly what happened to me. Only try to see him if you're fine with: the potential for crazy scheduling issues, the potential for literal months passing before getting whatever teeth issues you're dealing with addressed, and the potential of multiple rounds of antibiotics. In the end I had to start over again with another endo and would have been better off going to him initially even though he's out of network. I had to pay my deductible twice because all the time I wasted trying to wait on Dr Conard pushed work that could've been completed in 2023 into 2024 plus he tried to bill for something that would have been covered by insurance if he'd completed the entire procedure. I'm surprised he doesn't have worse reviews

Second Root Canal in Four Years: Again, EXCELLENT
I am phobic about dentists, but Dr Conard and Pilar took great care of me. I had read up on the procedure before my visit, and they used the latest and most professional course of actions. Very calming and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Dr Conard.

I have had dental pain for over 2 months. I had a root canal & an extraction done. However, I was still in pain. I called DR. Conard for additonal help and they gave me an appt in 2 WEEKS. Meaning that I had to wait 2 weeks in PAIN. Dental pain is the worst. He would not give me ANY PAIN MEDICATION OR HELP for 2 Weeks. He performed a root canal and I still have pain and he refuses to give me anything. I feel that he lacks TOTAL COMPASSION.

Thank you Dr. Conard , assistants and staff. Top-notch experience, I’ve got my root canal done on next day after my first call, on a super short notice. Not sure where those bad reviews about rescheduling are from, considering my situation. 5 days of severe pain and now I’m like new, didn’t have to take any painkillers after procedure.

Cons: - the front desk gives wrong information about prices. I was waiting for the appointment for a root canal for 5 weeks. During this time I've called them 3!! times to ask the price for root canal retreatment. Cause I don't like to get any money surprises after the visit. They said one price. But after the visit, they charged me $135 extra. Very disappointing. And no way to find who is right who is wrong now... - NO ONE tells you before the procedure that they put only a temporary filling for a MONTH and you need to go to your dentist for that. They give you the paper saying this only after the work is done. Which is another surprise for those who aren't familiar with all dental procedures. Another $1500 to spend..... - they took me inside just 1 hour after my appointment time Pros: - the root canal is done vast and very accurate. No pain, no complaints about the endodontist - the endodontist's assistant is so attentive and caring. Very professional
