AVOID: they were unprepared 3x for a simple crown. Had to return each time and the office has terrible billing practices. There are way better dentists to chose from out there.

Overall my visit was good. Mary Ann was super through the cleaning. Very sensitive to any discomfort or pain points. I like the way she recommended changes to my oral health procedures to take care of any issues that came up. Not pushy or demeaning, but very helpful and caring. Dr Moekel’s visit with me was brief but good.

I really appreciate how Dr. Moeckel took the time to go over my x-rays with me, explaining in detail future work that may be needed. She wasn't trying to pressure me to have work done that isn't critical at this time, but rather gave me a time line of next steps. I felt she had my best interest at heart. The rest of the staff is AMAZING! I have found my forever dentist! Highly recommend this office to everyone! Thank you Dr. Moeckel and staff :)

I did not like that she was running really late to my appointment and had her assistant injects anesthesia on me which was done incorrectly requiring for her to repeat it again because she was running late again to come back to me so she had to repeat it again as I was starting to feel before she finished the procedure. Being in the medical profession, this sits really poorly on me and I thought she didn’t treat me with respect . After this incident she dropped me as a pt.

Caring, resourceful, and attentive are just a few adjectives to describe Dr. Moeckel and staff. I received upsetting news that after a lifetime of trying to save my teeth, one must be removed. I feel confident knowing I am in good hands with Dr. Moeckel and that she is putting my well-being first.
Her staff is remarkable, remembering even the smallest details about me, even when months have passed. How they do this, I’ll never know.
You simply cannot go wrong with this dental practice.
