NO INTRODUCTION
STAFF VERY NICE, OFFICE CLEAN, HOWEVER DR. MASON NEVER INTRODUCED HER SELF. I HAD TO ASK A STAFF MEMEBER WOULD I BE MEETING DR. MASON? AFTER I HAD MY PROCEDURE. AND I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS DR MASON WHO WAS WORKING ON MY MOUTH. (WOW). NO CONVERSATION WITH DR. MASON AFTER MY PROCEDURE. I, JUST LOOKED AT HER BIO AND WAS STUNNED TO KNOW THAT SHE IS A GRADUATE OF HOWARD UNIVERSITY.

Dr mason is the worst dentist I’ve ever been too!!! She performed a root canal procedure on one of my tooth. Two days later I was in pain came to the office for help but she just brushed me off and didn’t show signs that she cared. I eventually went to another dentist to have my tooth looked at and he insured me that she did not do my procedure correctly and he fixed it for an additional charge!!!
