Terrible experience. Equipment dates back to to the 1950’s. Doc Holiday had more updated equipment. Dr was disorganized. I Had a chipped tooth and she told me no guarantee after I left. Could not match color, was rough texture. The patch fell out a week later. Stay away

This was a great experience. The outside office was beautiful and Dr Jones is very thorough with her dental cleaning

Never have to wait. She fixed a broken front tooth very quickly and excellently. She remembers my preferences from visit to visit including everything from the temperature of the room to pain control for dental procedures.

I had the WORST experience dealing with Dr. Jones! She is RUDE, Passive aggressive and should have her license stripped from her! I went there because of an abscessed tooth & excruciating pain! She basically made fun of me and what kind of insurance I had. She had me leave while I was still in pain even though my face was swollen. Then calls hours later to offer pain meds because she knew i was in pain and couldnt sleep. She's awful,these other reviews are rigged. Go see for yourself

Worst dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Margaret Jones was rude, unprofessional, and made inappropriate comments throughout the entire time I was there. Made rude comments to me about everything from my name to the medications I take- she made me so unbelievably uncomfortable. I would give her zero stars but that's not an option. She is extremely rough and when I tried to spit during the cleaning (which left me with a mouthful of blood) she mocked me and wouldn't allow me to sip water.

My entire extended family------brothers, sister, mom, my children, etc.---- has been seeing Dr. Jones for over 3o years, first in South Weymouth and now at her Pembroke office. She is always pleasant and direct and we just love her and the care we've all received. Not one of us has lost a tooth or had an emergency in all that time, which I find amazing. I hope she never retires.
So many of us relatives go there that I half expect to see someone I know every time. She's just the best.

I have been seeing Dr Jones since I was very young. People say how they are afraid of the dentist but I never understood that having gone here. She does an excellent job on my mouth and it's always an entertaining and comforting experience. I highly recommend Dr Jones.

Dr. Jones is one of the best dentists I have ever had. I moved out of the area recently and still drive an hour to go see her for a cleaning. She is kind, comforting, funny, and does great work. She knows I get a little nervous so goes out of her way to take me quickly, make me feel comfortable by telling stories, and drills quickly! I even got to pick a ring out of her prize box :) I highly recommend Dr. Jones.
