Dr. Marc Verner, DMD

Dr. Verner squeezed me in right before my vacation because I had terrible tooth pain due to an abscess under my crown. Dr. Verner and his staff are so compassionate and kind and always make me feel comfortable!

My family has spent a huge amount of money here. Some of the procedures are covered by our insurance and most is out of pocket. 1st time ever having Michelle clean my teeth. In the 5 minutes she spent in the room, she let me know how much plaque I had on my teeth and started painfully digging up in my gums. I told her I had never had a painful cleaning in my life and was never told I had a plaque problem…in fact, I have always been told the opposite! She instantly became combative and told me she’s been a hygienist for 30 years and she’s “not doing this!” She walked out and so did I. I will be finding a new dentist now. He closed an office. Maybe she is there to thin out the herd now that we’ve gotten all our expensive work done.They also harass you 6 ways to Sunday with appointment reminders as if you’re stupid. They tracked my husband down for appointment confirmation through me. Seriously?

I see Dr. Verner and his staff on a regular basis. Every room is always spotless, yet it doesn't give off a sterile atmosphere-it's really actually a relaxing and friendly environment. Everyone is courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you are in need of dental work, then look no further than Dr. Verner's offices.

Everything about my experience was professional, friendly, and personable. Everyone, Dr. Verner, and the staff treated me with dignity and respect. They had a real concern for MY concerns. I would highly recommend the Baldwin office.

This place is a total rip off. I had to pay $150. out of my pocket to cover an expense that my insurance company said was to be discounted. Billing was all mixed up.

Love the staff at Dr. Verner’s office. Caring and friendly. Dr. Verner has always put the family in his family practice and it shows every time I go. Absolutely recommend.

Been going for years. Best dentist ever. Staff is the best. All caring and considerate.

Beware!! They charge a $50 cancellation fee even if the office is closed Friday and Monday and they have no message system or answering service. They are a money grab here. Receptionist is very rude!! Always offering up selling at appointments. Recommended replacing fillings because they were “deteriorating”, then didn’t numb me enough and totally screwed up my tooth. It still isn’t right 3 months later. Come to find out 2 other people I know that go there, also had recommendations to replace fillings…hmm?? I would not recommend this practice to anyone!

The office is beautiful! The staff was friendly and professional and the hygienist was excellent! Dr. Verner was wonderful, taking the time to carefully explain the work I need done on my teeth, even showing me pictures of the affected teeth.

Love the new office! Quick and efficient staff. Hygienist is a saint for dealing with my mouth!! :) Love Dr. Verner. Left my lifetime dentist for him and so happy I did! He’s wonderful and always wants what’s best for my mouth/health!

I agree with all the above 5-star reviews. I feel so lucky to have come across D. Verner when I had a dental emergency. He fit me in and took care of my problem within a couple of days. I've put off having dental work done for years because I couldn't afford it. Dr. Verner worked out a comprehensive plan that I can manage, without pressure to do have everything done immediately. Also, I don't feel like he is suggesting any expensive and unnecessary procedures the way that some dental practices do. He and his staff are friendly, kind, and extremely competent. I couldn't be happier with the results of my 2 visits.

Hygienists are gentle and professional. It's been my experience over the last five years that you get the same hygienist each time. Dr. Verner is also caring & professional. He explains any necessary procedures and what you might expect. If that is a decision that you believe is not right for you for any given reason, she will tell you truthfully, I believe, how much time you can expect with your current teeth/problem if not remedied. The women behind the front desk are always courteous & explain what your insurance options may or may not pay for and how much your remaining balance might be. Options for payment are presented too.
