Arrogant, insincere, a miserable person with terrible bedside manner. There is a reason why he doesn’t have a private office.

Dr.Ackerman looked at the patient from across the room and declared that she had poor dental hygiene - clearly information gleaned from the sign-in paperwork at the front desk. Dr. informed me that my kid needs a dental cleaning, and that he doesn't take patients with braces installed by other orthodontists, as was the case with my kid. After this brief conversation Dr. Ackerman decided that his work was done, and sent me a bill.
