Dr. Manuel Gutierrez, DDS

I gave him a vote of confidence for being from PR but it is the worst experience of my life! :( I had the braces when I moved to Tampa. The agreement with Dr. Alex Gutierrez was to remove the old braces and start from scratch. The day of my appointment was a nightmare that I don't want to remember !! He began to remove the braces. The pain I felt was frightening, indescribable! I asked him, I begged him to put local anesthesia, he agreed, with a bad attitude. After aprox 15 min even with anesthesia the pain was unbearable, I could not stop crying! At that moment he confessed to me THAT HE DIDN'T HAVE THE RIGHT TOOL . He asked his assistant to go to the dentist next door and borrow one from them, (Imagine that)!. Again.... the pain increased and I kept crying. In my mind I begged God to stop it, it seemed like a nightmare! In a moment my body jumped from the chair. Dr. Gutierrez threw the tool he had in his hand, and with disrespect and a very bad attitude told me that I was moving

Dr. Guttierez and his stuff are amazing. Im always comfortable and everyone are very friendly. No long waits and always accomodating with appointments. Would recommend to everyone

Best Service ever! Such professional staff, lovind and caring and very interested in your situation. I would recommend anytime. They attended me at anytime and made sure I have a space in their schedule if I have not an appointment. Thank you! God bless you!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We have been at this practice, with 3 kids in braces/invisiligns, for over 10 years. The entire staff is amazing, Deborah has been a smiling and happy fixture, since we started. Dr. Gutierrez is so wonderful with the kids and is just a great doc.

Dr. Gutierrez and his staff are awesome!!! The eptiome of excellence. He was very informative and concerned about my children's care. His staff was very diligent with submitting paperwork needed for insurance.Today my son and daughter got thier braces they we're so nervous but Ms. Wanda was quick to put then at ease by explaining everything step by step as it was being performed, she was so patient!!!! I truly appreciated that.... I recommend this practice hands down.
