Went to establish care and get preventive services. They took several sets of Xrays. They warn in advance they do this and it is NOT covered by insurance. A technician takes photos of teeth. Dentist does cursory look at teeth and recommends several thousands of dollars (or more) of dental surgery when one has NO symptoms. Then they cannot provided needed, beneficial preventive cleanings for 6 months. Buyer beware! This practice is focused on doing more procedures which reimburse them better than prevention. It is a common theme from prior reviews which I wish I had read. Not being able to provide routine cleanings is NOT best practice!

Extremely positive. Exceptional work. Procedure was expertly performed--fixing a chipped front tooth. Gentle, is the way I would describe the repair. First time I've ever used that word to describe a trip to the dentist! Staff was great, as they have been for all prior cleanings/work, and they found a way to slot me in within 24 hours of calling. My only worry, and it's more for the hygienists/doctors safety than anything: Surgical masks are great, but I'd like to see higher-end PPE protecting our providers. That said, there was a temperature check at the door, patients wait in their car until called to come in. They are doing a lot to ensure safety. I felt 100% comfortable, throughout.

Dr Beinoras couldn't get my partial dentures right & discharged me as a patient after the turn of the yr had reset my deductible because I'd requested multiple appts to address the dentures causing pain. She repeatedly told me to communicate any problems but then discharged me without warning & took months to refund the $1,000+ I'd paid. This was a traumatizing experience because it made it so I couldn't afford the top set I need & left me with just a temporary "flipper" not really suitable for eating with, that still causes issues. The first two top sets wouldn't even click in because they had an extra tooth on them, the first bottom set was so wide I couldn't bite without excruciating pain, the next top set was so buck the dental assistant said herself they didn't meet the standards of their office, & the next top set was crooked enough they were causing significant pain on one side of my mouth & migraines. Instead of standing behind her work she acted like I was being difficult.
