The office receptionist and or assistant is rude and very unprofessional. She insisted that my coverage would not pay for something when I spoke to my coverage and was informed they would. When I informed her she was wrong she got hostile shaking her head and waving her hand and said NO THEY WON'T AND I'M NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU. I asked to talk to the Doctor so I could ask her and she said no I had to make an appointment.
