Dr. Lydia Ellerhorst, DDS

Dr. Lydia Ellerhorst is our favorite family dentist. She is kind, professional, and thorough. When my son needed a tooth pulled, Dr. Ellerhorst did a clean, efficient extraction with no tears (from the patient). We are thrilled she opened up her own practice!

Went in for a crown, which I later learned it wasn’t even needed. She gave me a crown that was ill fitted and I had more pain after than before. Saw her two more times about the pain and suggested it was the crown only to be told I need a root canal. So I went to another dentist for a root canal and they said it was an issue with the crown (like I suspected). They fixed it with some composite bonding and saved me an unnecessary root canal. I cannot recommend Dr. Ellerhorst. This was several weeks of extreme discomfort and pain that had an easy, non invasive fix. Her dental treatment plan was overly aggressive and her chair side manner was one of disinterest.

Giant bill. Failed procedure. Had to go elsewhere to pay even more to fix her mistake.
