She didn't want to send paperwork to my insurance to get a crown, she wanted me to pay her cash or credit I accepted and gave her a down payment of $300 Next visit I supposed to get a mold for the crown and when I wanted to make a payment with my care credit card, she said that she didn't accept that card, that was a lie because her secretary told me that they accept that card when I made the appointment and also she had the sticker on the office Finally when I made another appointment and had cash to pay for the crown, I went to her office, waited for an hour, then she came out and told me that she couldn't make the mold for me because the lab pick up the work already and she was going on vacations, so I had to go to another doctor and pay the full amount for the crown Doctor Costelloe didn't give me my money back, she wastedy time and and stole my money, not a professional
