Dr. Luis Loza, DDS

I had been a patient at this practice for over five years. While Dr. Loza and his hygienists are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the office staff, unfortunately, are not.When billing issues came up (including the reluctacnce of the practice to provide reimbursement of over payment), the office manager, Raisa, was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I expressed my discomfort with their billing practices and mentioned that I no longer wished to remain a patient, she laughed and dismissively said that was fine with her.I have never had an experience like this at a medical or dental practice. It is especially disappointing because I have a great deal of respect for Dr. Loza and his hygienists. Unfortunately, this kind of behavior from the office staff reflects badly on the entire practice and I will be finding another dentist.
