Do your kids a favor -- find better doctors

We recently had a visit to the clinic with Dr. Lu. Unfortunately, their interaction with Dr. Lu left them highly dissatisfied. There were several key issues that contributed to a frustrating and unproductive appointment: (1) Lack of Friendliness and Professionalism; (2) Communication Difficulties; (3) Impatience and Reluctance to Clarify. These issues are serious enough to warrant a review of Dr. Lu’s conduct and communication practices. Improving both patient interaction and communication skills, especially in English, is vital to maintaining the quality of care, especially for kids.

Difficult to communicate

It was very difficult to understand what he was trying to say. Definitely do not recommend.
