Had upper dentures made, when wax mold came back she was told they were too big. They said the actual dentures would fit. They didn't. Have been back several times. Now they say the next visit will be at a charge to me. They said they could reline at a $200 charge to me. The partial they did hurts so bad, (had cuts in gum and a knot in mouth) I had to take out and have had to eat soft food and soup. They say If I don't wear it continuously they can't tell where the problem is so they can adjust.
