This dental office engages in deceitful practices, pressuring patients into unnecessary treatments without consent.I was misled by this dental office when they claimed uncertainty about the necessity of certain procedures. Despite their ambiguity, they insisted on prepayment, assuring me of a consultation before any work commenced and promising refunds if unnecessary. Two staff members confirmed this as standard procedure.On top of that, it turned out their cost estimate from the insurance company was grossly inaccurate.The office manager handling billing was not only rude but displayed a complete lack of customer service skills. Instead of addressing my concerns, she insinuated I misunderstood their policies. She failed to follow through on promised callbacks and provided an invalid email address.Even before the insurance review was completed, she threatened to send the bill to collections.

I received the worst dental care of my life from Dr. Yasbin. He told me there was no sign of infection and to manage my own pain. 2 days later, he was quick to respond. The pain had gotten much worse. It turned out it was an infection. The penicillin fixed this within 1 day. The following week, I had the teeth extracted. They didn't follow the proper procedure, forcing me to return a week later in even more pain. Dr. Yasbin didn't even look me in the eye. He looked at the nurse and said "Prep for dry socket." When he returned his hands were in my mouth before I had the opportunity to ask what he was doing or how the procedure worked. Afterwards, I asked when I needed to return to have the gauze removed. He laughed and said "It's dissolve-able gauze. You don't need to come back." As if I were to know this. He has no bedside manner, is rough on your mouth, and is excessively rude. I continue to be in pain, and now need to find a new dentist. The hygienists and admin staff were lovely.

Dr. Yasbin made a new crown to replace a failing, cracked crown installed by another dentist. Great office, nice staff, very competent team. Highly recommend.

I had denture implants for my lower denture. I went to Dr Yasbin for a second opinion since I had the original denture made by another dentist and was not satisfied after numerous visits. After my first visit with Dr Yasbin I could tell he knew what he was talking about with my denture. I went with his original plan and very pleased with the results. Dr Yasbin was very personable, knowledgable, and professional. I found his Staff to have similar qualities as Dr Yasbin.
